Joe Burrell is the Principal of the business and has been involved in Financial Services for the past 33 years. He worked as both a mortgage adviser and estate agent in a local business before setting up his own business 14 years ago. The business has been going from strength to strength with the recent addition of 360 Properties complimenting Mortgage Solutions. He is a past player of Ballymena United, Wakehurst and Tobermore and is currently still involved within the local football scene.

Catherine Burrell graduated from Queens University with a degree in Business Management in 2015 and has been working within the financial services industry for the past 2 years. She is a qualified Mortgage Adviser and so ensures potential purchasers have their finance in place before closing any sale. Her pastimes include boxing and going to the gym.

Clare Hoy has over 20 years' experience in the banking sector working for a popular High Street bank. She became a Mortgage and Insurance Adviser in 2007 before joining our team in early 2016. Her calming and warm personality ensures that our clients are well looked after. Outside of work she is kept busy with family life, being the mum of two young boys.

Lynsey Hyndman started out working in a popular High Street bank, she was there for four years before qualifying as a Mortgage adviser. With 16 years' experience within the financial services industry, this has allowed her to build up extensive knowledge of the local housing market. She is a keen sportsperson and does a lot of charitable work for different organisations.

Joanna Robinson has over 10 years of experience in customer facing roles including managing a successful Spa in Canada. Upon her return she gained experience in another local estate agent before joining us in 2017. She continues to gain more knowledge within the industry and is currently training to be a Valuer. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and photography.

Alistair Swan has been involved in the financial services industry for the past 32 years and has been working alongside the Principal Joe Burrell for the past 7 years. With his years of experience he now has a wealth of knowledge across the board. In his spare time he is an avid snooker fan and enjoys playing this sport weekly.
